- If you have a role inbox, reply as that role (or CC it) for SHHA business.

Share a File with Your Committee
Confirm Your Access Setup
- Confirm invitation was accepted
- Confirm you can open the committee SharePoint link
- Confirm you receive committee group emails
Send Email to Your Committee or Board
Compose a normal email to the group address (e.g., csc@sandiahomeowners.org).

Find Meeting Minutes or Documents
Open your committee's SharePoint site → Documents → look for a "Minutes" folder.
